A more personal way to improve your home

Crafted Home Solutions is led by Arran Driscoll, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience to home improvements across the home and garden, including garden office build projects designed for year-round use.

Our approach is practical: understand what you want to change, explain the options and manage the agreed project with care.

Good design starts with listening

Every household uses its space differently. A conservatory might need to become a dependable family room. A garden might need somewhere comfortable to sit. New doors might be the missing connection between the kitchen and the outside.

We start with those practical needs rather than a standard package. The survey and specification then turn the brief into something that can be quoted, planned and installed clearly.

You have a named point of contact in Arran, with the design discussion connected to the work that will actually take place. That matters when several improvements need to be coordinated or a decision affects both the appearance and the installation.

Our focus

Useful space. Appropriate materials. Clear communication. Careful installation. A finished project that works for the people who live there.

Advice before pressure

We explain the available routes and the questions worth asking. You should understand the proposal rather than feel pushed towards a product before the site is assessed.

Detail before shortcuts

Supports, drainage, thresholds and finishing details affect the result. They belong in the design and quotation, not in a list of surprises during installation.

A clear handover

We review the completed work, explain care requirements and identify the applicable documentation and contact route for aftercare questions.

One home, connected improvements

Our services span windows and doors, home extensions, conservatories, roof conversions, garden rooms and outdoor living. That breadth is useful when one project leads naturally to another.

A garden room may need an adjoining deck. Replacement doors may change how the terrace is used. A roof conversion may form part of a wider conservatory refurbishment.

We consider those relationships while keeping each part of the scope clear. A broad service range should make the project easier to understand, not less precise.

Working across our Yorkshire service area

Our current service information includes Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate, Wetherby and York. Share your postcode and the type of work you are considering so we can confirm availability for your address.

We would rather confirm the practical fit for a project than imply every service is available everywhere. Access, scope and programme are part of that discussion.

What you can expect from the process

First, we discuss the brief and the property. A measured survey and any relevant specialist input inform the options. The proposal then sets out the chosen specification, inclusions and responsibilities.

Before installation, we agree the programme, access and protection arrangements. Changes to the scope are discussed rather than assumed. At the end, the finish, care guidance and applicable guarantees or certificates are reviewed.

THE WORK BEHIND THE ADVICE

Projects are the best way to explain how Crafted thinks

Use real installation photography to show the details the team talks about on survey: levels, openings, roof junctions, hardware and how a finished space connects to the property around it.
